Walt Caswell has come full circle in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. He initially started out as a Little and graduated from the program. Then, as an adult, he joined the program as a Big. Now, Walt continues to give to the program that gave to him and joins Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Indiana as the newest member of the board.
Walt Caswell is the owner and operator of the local business ProperTpros, Inc. and also works as a well known realtor for Keller Williams Capital Realty. As a native of Evansville, Walt attended school at Glenwood Elementary, Bosse High School, and the University of Southern Indiana.
Growing up Walt wanted to be an architect. His favorite childhood film is the Disney classic Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Today, his favorites include traveling, pizza,
and the movie Officer and a Gentleman.
He is happiest spending time with his wife, Stacey and his children.
As a former Little and Big, he knows how fundamental this program is to the community. Walt comments that, "kids are important because they are the future of our country."
Walt is described as outgoing and energetic with a strong work ethic. As a board member, he plans to bring those qualities to the BBBS program.
"I love helping kids and raising money for good causes," says Walt.
