Big Sister Jordyn Bryant currently resides in Evansville and works at Home Instead Senior Care and has an internship at Deaconess CrossPointe. Jordyn is currently a Social Work student at the University of Southern Indiana and is planning on getting her Master Degree after graduation!
Jordyn was inspired to become a Big because she thinks it is important for kids to have a positive role model in their life and enjoys being around children. She was
matched with her Little Sister, Tailynn, in October of 2020 and the pair immediately hit it off. Jordyn and Tailynn like to spend time together by going out to eat and working on craft projects. Jordyn even goes to Tailynn's school and watches her cheerlead! Jordyn and Tailynn spend time working on school work and they have been able to see her grades improve. (Great job, Tailynn!)
Jordyn's words of wisdom to a person wanting to become a Big in our program is that mentoring allows you to empower children to be the best they can be, while also empowers you to be a better person.
